The price for Thursday 3^rd of April is €500.00

If you also register as a main driver at at least one of our June dates (Monday 2^nd and or Tuesday 3^rd of June),
the price for Thursday 3^rd of April becomes €450.00

If you are organising a group booking, please do contact spa@tcsrl.be and depending on the group size we will see if we can offer further reductions.

Timing for the day:

• Driver sign on: from 7h45
• Briefing: 8h00
• Sighting laps: 9h00
• Open Pitlane: 9h30 – 12h00 and 13h00 – 18h00

Practical information:

• Lunch: Catering is available at the track restaurant.
• Slicks are allowed.
• Overtaking on both sides.
• If you want a garage space but do not find 3 other drivers to share with, we can book you a ¼ garage for one car at the price of €100.00 and we will group you with other drivers in a shared garage.
• The days are open to all car brands.
• The Spa-Francorchamps circuit doesn’t allow SUVs on track, even sports versions such as (but not limited to)
  BMW X3 M Competition, Maserati Grecale, Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne, Bentley Bentayga, Aston Martin DBX, Alfa Romeo Stelvio, …
• Single seaters are not allowed.
• Race cars, Radicals and non-road legal cars can be allowed on a case-by-case basis so it is important to contact me before booking with such a car.
• The Spa sound limits are 107dB static measured 1m from exhaust, 45 degrees and ¾ RPM AND 103 dB drive-by measured 15m from the track centre axis.
• In the very unlikely event of adverse weather (i.e. heavy snow fall) preventing us to drive on the track, the Spa-Francorchamps security team will cancel the event and a full refund will be offered to the participants.

Hotel:

We have pre booked rooms at a preferential rate at the Hôtel de la Source:

Double room = 1 big bed for 2 persons – €182.00 per night
Twin room = 2 single beds for 2 person – €182.00 per night
Single room = a twin room or a double room (depending on the hotel availabilities) occupied by a person on his/her own – €161.00 per night

Nürburgring Nordschleife:

Our Thursday 3^rd of April 2025 track day is also a perfect opportunity for a cost effective combo trip to Spa-Francorchamps and the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

Indeed the Ring will be opened for Tourist Days on the following dates around our event:

• Wednesday 2^nd of April 2025 evening 17.00 – 19.30
• Thursday 3^rd of April 2025 you drive Spa-Francorchamps with us
• Friday 4^th of April 2025 evening 17.00 – 19.30
• Saturday 5^th of April 2025 full day 08.00 – 19.00
• Sunday 6^th of April 2025 full day 08.00 – 19.00
