Timing for the day:
- Driver sign on: from 7h45
- Briefing: 8h00
- Sighting laps: 9h00
- Open Pitlane: 9h30 – 12h00 and 13h00 – 18h00
Practical information:
- Lunch: Catering is available at the track restaurant.
- All day relaxing lounge with free soft drinks, tea / coffee and snacks.
- Slicks are allowed.
- Overtaking on both sides.
- If you want a garage space but do not find 3 other drivers to share with, we can book you a ¼ garage for one car at the price of €100.00 and we will group you with other drivers in a shared garage.
- The days are open to all car brands.
- The Spa-Francorchamps circuit doesn’t allow SUVs on track (this is valid for any organisation), even sports versions such as (but not limited to)
BMW X3 M Competition, Maserati Grecale, Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne, Bentley Bentayga, Aston Martin DBX, Alfa Romeo Stelvio, … - Single seaters are not allowed.
- Race cars, Radicals and non-road legal cars can be allowed on a case-by-case basis so it is important to contact me before booking with such a car.
- The Spa sound limits are 107dB static measured 1m from exhaust, 45 degrees and ¾ RPM AND 103 dB drive-by measured 15m from the track centre axis.
Hotel:
We have pre booked rooms at a preferential rate at the Hôtel de la Source:
Double room = 1 big bed for 2 persons – €192.00 per night
Twin room = 2 single beds for 2 person – €192.00 per night
Single room = a twin room or a double room (depending on the hotel availabilities) occupied by a person on his/her own – €171.00 per night
Nürburgring Nordschleife:
Our Tuesday 28th of July 2026 track day is also a perfect opportunity for a cost effective combo trip to Spa-Francorchamps and the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
